Thank guys. It's just a shame that the FA haven't cottoned onto this yet.
All this in the news about mental health and looking after each other, we've been involved for 6 years.
I'll settle for Errol Flynn, ARS !

Yesterday's League Meeting took place.
42 teams now entered across 3 age groups and 9 league groups of 4/5 sides (that will be approx. 300 players).
The Senior Seasiders are placed in Division 2 of 4 at 60s, Division 2 of 3 at 65s and Division 1 of 2 at 70s.
We are now officially the only team (Over 60s) to be relegated twice in succession and remain in the same Division !!! Going for the hat-trick this Spring (this is due to a couple of sides withdrawing from above us). The 65s also earn a reprieve for the same reason.
Tough season ahead for all 3 teams.

Happy Birthday to the Blackpool Senior Seasiders ! 5 years since the club was officially formed, 16 months after the start of our initial 6 week men's-health project ! Great memories and many new friends made. Who could forget playing against our Norwegian friends ?

Congratulations to the Senior Seasiders on their Big Day. An honour to have turned out for them on that one occasion at Woodley as an underage player!

it's taken 5 years to see off a 6 week project len? sounds a lot like the 2019/20 premier league season...
well done to all who were involved in setting it up, and all who have participated - even ringers like maccy...

The return of Walking Football after a whole 15 months away from the beautiful game.
Our first "friendly" game outside of the regular training sessions today away at neighbours and rivals Fleetwood Flyers. (Over 65s)
Fleetwood Town Flyers 1 Blackpool FC Senior Seasiders 5
6 x 15 minutes sessions resulted in a convincing win for the away team at Fleetwood Town's very impressing Poolfoot Farm Training Centre.
Many players have now progressed through the age groups, having had 2 lockdown birthdays, making playing for places highly competitive within a growing squad (including our first transgender player).
Please with my own performance considering I was close to retiring with a persistent knee injury last year. I recommend Pernaton Green Lipped Mussel Gel. Fantastic stuff that gets right to the centre of the problem. (We also give it to Tommy the springer spaniel in tablet form for his joints - He is now 11 years old, and fighting fit).
