This one saw service in Greece and N Africa. They reunited a pilot 90+ years old with it. Apparently he flew it (reg number was in his pilot log). That's amazing, Ceef, I'll have to see if that's available on my sky catch-up! Here you go Gazz

The Repair Shop - a very simple, genuine, concept done well. And it's nice to see real talent showcased on our screens. I know this was posted last year, but I've only just got around to watching an episode today. There really are some incredibly talented people on that show! Great recommendation, H.

In Plain Sight.
Douglas Henshall playing an old fashioned Glasgow inspector from the late 50's in true Shetland Perez style.
Based on a true story about serial killer Peter Manuel without being over the top on the gruesome bits.

Jack Reacher.
Read the books? Liked the books? If the answer to both is "yes", then watch 'Reacher' on Amazon Prime, it's brilliant
Based on the first and frankly superb book 'Killing Floor', it's a great watch and pretty faithful to the novel.
It was so good, Amazon have already renewed Reacher for a second season. Highly recommended.

Having just watched Who Dares Wins, I thought I'd have a look at the late Lewis Collins' story regarding his training with the SAS, which resulted in my finding this brilliant tribute page: "But his tough-guy persona was no act. Collins was super-fit, a part-time paratrooper from the docks of Birkenhead.
After the show (The Professionals) ended, he applied to join the Special Air Service, and passed the initial selection stages for the territorial unit 21 SAS, before senior officers ruled that his celebrity status made him a security risk."www.parachuteregiment-hsf.org/Lewis_Collins.htmlLewis clearly was the real deal, and the hard as nails bloke he portrayed on screen was not just an act. Continue to RIP, Lewis.

Not exactly TV, well I first saw it on TV, there I was, going about my lawful business on You Chewb and this popped up - the Aussie Broadcasting Corporation have uploaded every episode of Bush Tucker Man and his subsequent 4 part series on Aussie mysteries.... Some fantastic stories, legends, landscapes, survival tips and a rather nice hat too. Les Hiddins, one of the Great Aussies of all time. www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL7HSPnTFVAuFQkVzs3KzXjGXO78x-0HNE
