I'll be very surprised if Will is still with us next season, as goalscoring midfielders are a must for any team and he's surely going to be a target for a few teams higher up. I hope I'm wrong, though. Yes I think so too. I also thought that about MH but his injury of late may help to keep him at EP as other clubs may be hesitant because of those injuries. Anyway, another 3 points and on to Crawley Town where another 3 points is there for the taking - or not... P 13 W 0 D 6 L 7 F 11 A 23 - which spells, you guessed it B A N A N A S KI N I assume you mean Macca, AH? If so, I totally agree, mate. If he hadn't had so many absences through injury, I think we'd have struggled to keep hold of him. I would like to see DC use him further up the pitch going forward, but the match officials also need to do their jobs properly, because he's clearly getting singled out for 'attention' by opposition managers/players. It's a bloody miracle he's got this far after some of the horrendous tackles he's been on the end of. |

Totally dominant first half and we could have been more in front. Harrogate were really poor first half, our high press really put them under pressure.
They improved second half without looking dangerous. Ben managed to bundle a low gross over the line at the near post and from being comfortable we looked a bit jittery. The. Out of the blue Will Collar planted a header in the back of the net! That settled it.
A good win for county without ever getting out of second gear. Akil Wright and Myles Hippolyte stood out for me.

Having seen the goals on the highlights, Will Collar’s header was better than I gave it credit for. I was at the other end of the ground and didn’t appreciate how much he had to do to get it on target and with power!
He’s a quality player for sure.
