I don't think that this breaks any rules but mods feel free to delete if it does.
As executor of my late brother's will, I have to arrange the sale of his Manchester city centre (Whitworth Street West) apartment. Officially valued at £260k, it is in a block that is awaiting work to rectify fire safety issues and, therefore, does not have the EWS1 form required by mortgage providers. That means cash buyers only for the time being but I am anxious to move this on and am prepared to take the hit of a cash discount. A corner apartment in the same building is for sale at £330k and is currently being let at £1250pm. The block is popular with overseas students so the apartment is suitable for those who want city centre living or as an investment.
It's a longshot I know but anyone in either of those categories, please feel free to message me for more details.

No rules broken whatsoever, Archie, I really hope you manage to find a buyer, mate.

I've announced this thread, Archie, hopefully that will help you get some interest, either from members or lurkers.

Thanks Gazz. Appreciated.
Clearly, if I get a sale without using an agent that saving will be passed on to the buyer.

No problem with me Archie. Go for it and good luck.
When I saw the heading I thought it was perhaps Mr Giggs trying to raise capital for his court case !!
