Just to clarify on the tie-break that we are looking for your predictions on the number of home sides going through on the day, either by virtue of a superior scoreline after 90 minutes or winning on penalties. (There will be no extra time or replays.)

A cliff-hanger to end the month with a 4 way tie at the top. Not only that, but there was a potential tie on the tie-break which was resolved by adjustment from postponed matches. In detail, fairly low scoring overall so Eppy's 5 was a stand-out. Leamington/Kettering was postponed so the first reserve (Cambridge/Wimbledon) took its place. 2 FAT games were postponed with 40 home teams going through in 76 completed matches. I invoked my rule whereby the tie-break figure was amended by the percentage of postponed matches so Maccy's 50 was deemed closer than Ceefer's 30 and Eppy's 49 closer than Countyfan's 31. Overall then, Bradders is October's winner from Mini-Herm, Maccy and Ceefer. Well played all four.
17 Bradders (3) (-1) 17 Mini-Herm (1) (+6) 17 Maccy (3) (+10) 17 Ceefer (2) (-10) 16 Eppy (5) (+9) 16 Countyfan (1) (-9) 14 Hermann (3) (+4) 14 Archie (4) (+8) 13 Lennie (1) (+1) 13 MHH (2) (+6) 12 Gazz (2) (+3) 12 Dudders (0) (-6) 11 Irish (2) (+5)
