Time's up. The 4th and final player was of course Jermaine Easter.
Time to announce the results...

Counting down to our top 3, here is the value of everyone's property portfolios from 11th to 4th:
11th - County Benno (who, in fairness, missed a week) - £520 10th - Bradninch - £630 9th - Gazza - £760 8th - Epworth - £770 7th - Downy - £860 6th - Shropshire - £910 Joint 4th - BBLW and Market Harborough - £920
Which makes our top 3 tycoons Hatter in Macc, Sir Roger and Calliope...

In 3rd place is.... Maccy. With a portfolio of Liverpool Street (£200), Kings Cross (£200) Trafalgar Square (£240) and Park Lane (£350) giving him a total of £990. Bronze for Maccy - well played!
So, who has won?

In second place, with a very impressive portfolio of: Marlborough Street (£180), Marylebone Station (£200), Mayfair (£400) and Piccadilly (£280), giving him a total of £1,060 (and silver) is....
Calliope!
Which means gold goes to Sir Roger who managed to collect all the yellow properties (Piccadilly - £280, Coventry Street - £260 and Leicester Square - £260) before finishing in week 4 by gathering Mayfair (£400) to clinch the title with an impressive total of £1,200!
Well played Rog and thanks everyone for taking part. I have to head off shortly, so if one of my fellow admins could do the honours awarding Rog his trophy I'd be grateful!
Due to my being away the week after next, there's no point starting Quiz 63 only to have a break after Week 1, so I'm taking a well deserved fortnight off and will return on Easter Monday with our next little teaser.

p.s. I haven't awarded bonus points, but had I done so they would have gone to Sir Rog for being the only player to amass a full collection of properties (yellows) and Bradninch for being the only one to try and trade throughout the four weeks. Shame on the rest of you for not entering into the spirit of the game! (although Sir Roger is partly excused as he didn't want to risk losing any of his collection!)
Thanks again chaps!

Excellent quiz, Sandy. Delighted to have made the podium!
Many congratulations to Sandy Senior and, in particular, to Rog.
Look forward to doing more sleuthing after Easter. The two-week break should help refresh the old brain cells a tad...!

Nice one Sandy. Congrats to the podium sitters and Sir Rog in particular. Perhaps the trade-in should have been compulsory. Not a criticism just an observation. Can't wait for the next one after Easter (in more ways than one, given this week's answer).

I have to head off shortly, so if one of my fellow admins could do the honours awarding Rog his trophy I'd be grateful! He was already the holder from last month, matey, so he just gets to keep the one I applied yesterday.

Well played sirrog.
I didn't want to trade any of mine as I thought I was doing quite well!
