See what you mean re the tickets. I think they won’t be full those seats, they’ll be blocked out by the club so you can’t sit there. Like you say the Wrexham fans prob take up the first couple of sections of that stand, then the rest will be empty/covered I reckon. Or the whole lot will be Wrexham, we’ll have to wait and see.
Watched the video. Not bothered by grown men acting dead hard from 200 yards and with two lines of police in between 😅. Brought back memories tho of being away at Preston on Boxing Day and having coins and fireworks / bangers thrown at us and the police doing absolutely nothing. And being jumped by about 30 teen scallies at Huddersfield train station after a game and the ticket man wading in like an old pro, good times! (Sort of)
But those knuckle dragger types tend to search each other out don’t they and leave the ‘normal’ fans alone

But those knuckle dragger types tend to search each other out don’t they and leave the ‘normal’ fans alone I think that's a pretty fair shout, pj, both regarding the block being used to segregate both sets of fans and the nutters only seeking out the nutters - so you should be ok. I hope it's a good day for you both, and hope Rusk can finally dig deep and find something else in his locker to give us some hope.

No expectations that we'll get anything from this game. The quality of players, tactical acumen and morale has gone backwards at an alarming rate.
Nothing to suggest the Slide won't continue from one game to the next.
The sad thing is that the 2 Simon's have had to ship out Jim's players as they can't have the around to be able to compare the 2 managers.
Anyone can see Rusk isn't fit to lace Jim's boots, but to have players who can explain in detail as to why are dangerous to have around for Rusk.
For Stott, if you play stupid games you win stupid prizes.

In his latest pre-match interview, Rusk cites "rub of the green" as one of the contributing factors of the Halifax embarrassment, I kid you not. That was less than a minute in, but I turned it off after that.
Do these people think we're idiots?

In his latest pre-match interview, Rusk cites "rub of the green" as one of the contributing factors of the Halifax embarrassment, I kid you not. That was less than a minute in, but I turned it off after that. Do these people think we're idiots? And once again too many generalities again in this interview and about as inspiring as burnt toast.
Compare this interview to the technical know how of JG. He could analyse on the spot and how many times did he bring on a sub who then changed the game. Surely the analysis needs to be done during the match as well as after?
The suggestion that injuries, rub of the green, injury, having to adapt are ridiculous considering most teams are in a similar boat.
Yes very true that we have to take our chances and we certainly need to have more than 1 shot on target in a half. Midfield need to provide a service for the forwards.
We may need the transfer market..... not sure the recruitment has been particularly good, we certainly don't need any more U23 players.
We need men not boys and players not afraid to put a full shift in.
There are too many players on cushy long term contracts.
They should get our Herm in to provide post match analysis.
I am far than optimistic of a win or a draw....hopefully we will be in for a pleasant surprise.
Let's see some entertaining football - I can take a loss if the players have put in a 100% and the manager has influenced the game.
Sometimes you have to admit the other team are better.
And looking forward to the post match please stop spoon-feeding the manager with the questions. When we lose we are all fed up with bringing up the positives. Let's address the shortcomings and what we are going to do about them. If a win great and lets hear all the good things that happened.
Rant over and good luck County!

Hopefully nothing will kick off and there should be alot of police around.

A reliable source elsewhere has posted that around 1000 tickets have gone to school kids for this game, which explains the Pop Side being filled.

While the Cheadle End remains a concern, this is a welcome bit of news. Hopefully the greyed out section is indeed left empty for segregation purposes, so those kids can enjoy the experience and hopefully want to come back for more! Simon Rusk has some serious pressure on his shoulders tomorrow, he absolutely has to deliver.

I have added an extra level of distraction to my ‘a la playa’ for this afternoon. A date with a Spanish lady…. What football?

1-1 - Madden.
Big forty minutes this for Rusk. All comments point to a poor first half from both sides, so with that in mind and the players at his disposal, Rusk needs his team to get all three points here.

Full-time 2-1 County. That's a huge win and a massive three points. The team just need to make sure they build on this now, because we really can't afford any more bad performances from them.
It's one game, though and Rusk is going to have to prove that this wasn't just a freak result.
Well played, lads, I really didn't see that coming.
