Seems very little point talking about the spending of Wrexham when it has no relation to our performances and we clearly spent a lot too. On injuries, Wrexham's star man didn't make their team yesterday due to fitness and Balanta hasn't played for The Daggers since he went off against us in the opening game.
However, it's good to hear more comments going into some detail about the game (what the plan was) which provides a bit of insight at least. It does sound again that we feel we are lost without Quigley, which points to the squad profile in the forward line.

Sorry, but luck has nothing to do with this, nor did the penalty.
I have nothing personal against Rusk, except that he took the job when he knew that Jim was still in charge and, unless he's been living off-grid and in a bubble, will have known how much Jim is revered here.
He's a beaten man and is clutching at straws now, that's plain to see. We need to pull the plug on this now before he takes us further down the table.
To all those who were glad to see Jim go, would you have tolerated this under Jim? Would you f***.
Time's up, b*ll*cks to sentiment - he's out of his depth.

I forgot to mention Keighren's ridiculous attempt at giving Rusk an easy ride yet again, with the 'penalty changing the game' question, even Rusk looked embarrassed/annoyed by this.
Give it a rest, Keighren.

He does seem totally dejected. I did say that having the fans back in the ground wouldn’t help because you can’t serve up rubbish like this and expect there to be no reaction.

Another totally predictable and poor interview.
Okay credit for taking the blame but....
No probing questions as to what went wrong, what are you going to do it, why almost no play up the left, why so few shots on target, why poor defending, or the set up, or why only 2 players shone today. Why are players being played out of position. The list is endless. Also no questions about player selection; leaving Newby and Keane out. Are they both injured? Seems like the tactics are just wrong.... And sorry but with respect Simon the team make their own luck and lady luck tends to even itself out over the season. A bad day at the office is simply not good enough... how many more are we going to have before the powers that be smell the gravy. A Yeovil fan on twitter commented that our team and set up was much better last season. Spot on. Rusk is rightly getting it in the neck but Wilson is equally to blame. We had a decent proven manager. 16th in the table says it all. Too early to write off the season but something really dramatic needs to happen or we wont even make the play offs. This brand of football is really not entertaining. Football isn't the be all and end all but we deserve a lot better.
Now to go and channel some positivity into the rest of the weekend.
Congrats to Emma for a fantastic achievement in winning the US Open.
Rant over!

It’s clear to see in that interview that he’s absolutely fuming at getting booed, and he probably heard that section of the cheadle end singing “you’re getting sacked in the morning”, which was brief but very clear. You can see him pausing for thought as he tries to think of something diplomatic to say. Bet he wishes there’s another lockdown and fans are barred again haha

It was also sad to read on YB that stewards had to make a presence near the dugout due to someone's behaviour, which is not ok whether it's SR, JG or anyone else in charge.

Did anyone hear what the fan said to him, though, H? As paying fans, I don't think there's anything wrong with giving the manager a piece of their minds if the manager f***s things up as badly as he is right now (assuming they're his decisions of course). If it was personal abuse then that is absolutely out of order and should be stamped out, but until I hear for sure what was said to him, I will take this as a fan who loves his club and needed to air his views directly to the manager, when it's clearly all going to sh*t on his watch. He's not doing the job he was brought in to do, he can't expect fans to happy clap him during every game if he's failing as badly as he is. What disappointed me were the posts suggesting that County fans were almost fighting with each in the Upper tier in the CE, now that's not on at all.

The question ‘is next week where you lay down a marker for the rest of the season’, I mean…wow, not even Rusk could answer it positively

How the hell can you take positives from the first half of a 3-0 defeat?
I'm tired of this now.

The problem is that if you sack a useless manager, then the new manger get a decent bedding period: things can't get any worse.
Sack a brillianly successful manager and club legend, then you have nowhere to hide.
Rusk wasstupid to take the job in that context and, every game, is proving is stupidity.
The problem is, Sott and Wilson are too arrogant to admit their mistake
Sadly, I think we'll stay in this league for a few years and will go though quite a few managers.
Costly mistake when the answer has always been: let Jim just get on with it.
Despite having 4 or 5 people now doing Jim's job, we're going backwards for considerably more money.
What a sorry state of affairs since that narrow defeat to West Ham.
