I got to two and a half minutes in and tapped out.
We had the interviewer making excuses, Rusk with more clichés and no question regarding what went wrong last weekend and - more importantly - how he's going to put it right. I gave up after that.
I'm tired of this sh*t now, the club are trying to f***ing brainwash us into thinking that this guy is a coaching genius, when all he can offer in these interviews are clichés and platitudes.
Liam Richardson (interviewer) needs to take his balls out of Simon Wilson's hand, stop bowling underarm deliveries and ask some proper f***ing questions, otherwise I'm just not going to bother watching these anymore.
The less said about Jon 'I'll probably blow you if I can keep my job' Keighren, the better.
Are they selling Kool Aid in the Cheadle End bar yet?

After surely the worst performance for years at EP, he had to bat away blaming the ref post-match. Here he's offered up fans being back as a factor when last season it was fans being away that was the factor. I've no doubt it's embarrassing to a former footballer and current coach - who must have worked incredibly hard in his footballing life for his achievements - to be continually mollycoddled on camera.
If you've stayed behind talking with your team for over an hour, it's probably hit you as a person. That's ok. A 20 second post-match comment like:
"First of all, on behalf of the staff and players, I apologise to each and every County supporter for that performance - they deserve a hell of a lot better than that. After every game we do a full analysis but it doesn't need that to know [explain at least something that went wrong). Today didn't reflect our values as a team, the work we did this week in training or the quality we have. There are no excuses for that being the case and we'll do everything we can to make amends next week."
is surely absolutely fine to say (no-one offended), shows you 'get' supporters (he must be a fan too and know the feeling or being let down) and at least identifying an aspect that wasn't so great reflects your status as manager or head coach.
While everything at the beginning seemed robotic and generic, it has at least improved when he's not been so led by questions. And his video when returning to Brighton was like watching another person altogether.
I hope they can work out that plenty of supporters will take passion over perfection every time, place value on the type of people kicking a ball not just how well they kick it, and actually want to listen to well qualified people 'on the frontline' doing a job they could never do.

Hinchliffe should be fine to play, Kitching got 45 minutes Tuesday (but not rushing back) and a couple of 'wait and see' type knocks from last game.

Cliche within the first sixty seconds and pretty much dismissing the red cards as a factor, funny how they're a thing when they go against him, isn't it.
I can't listen to this, or that Richardson character bowling him free hits the whole time.
I hope his team talks are better than this, because f*** me this sh*t just makes me want to fall asleep, wake up again and the last 7 months to have all been a dream!

I hear that Wilson's organised an open top bus for Saturday, and at 5pm he's going to be chucking Rusk under it.

f***ing "rub of the green" again - F * * K R I G H T O F F!!!!
48 seconds and he rolls out another f***ing excuse! We were shite, Simon, just admit it. If this is the new 'culture', never holding players to account, no matter how monumentally sh*t they are, then I'm not bothering getting along to a game while you're in charge.
I'd love you to come to our place and be my boss, though, I'd be on f**kin easy street!
I'm done watching this claptrap.

'them' = 'those'
Interesting comment about where we sit in the table, but no mention of how many teams below us have games in hand.
Management really need to instill that winning mentality in the team, starting today.

If they don't, make no bones about it, we're getting sucked into a fight to avoid relegation. Every season, Danny would always set a points target, of what he thought would be enough stay in the division before anything else. Maybe that's what this lot should have done to avoid looking like the utter Billy big b*ll*cks that they do now.
