If this does go to ET I think we'll have a little more in the tank than Yeovil, as we've had plenty of rest.

Well done, JG, staff and the boys! Great to have the 'event' of seeing who awaits us in the 3rd round and that's going to be the first such experience for so many of our supporters, including Mini-Herm!

Well done to Jim, his staff and players. I'd like to see both penalty incidents again, but a win is a win and, as I said to Sandy at full-time, I'm just glad Matty's goal meant nothing in the end.

From the sound of it, County were doing the filming. There was no match build up from BBC Radio Manchester which was extremely poor. Also annoying Man Utd updates throughout the match. The commentators were okay.
Good result and surprised they took Warby off when they did as it could have gone to penalties. Also surprised he didnt take their penalty. Anyone know why they were awarded one?

Anyone know why they were awarded one? Beats me, mate, as their player looked to just fall over in the hope of winning one and it paid off. That said, I can't say for sure that ours was any more legit either, so I'd like to see both incidents again. It also sounded like the radio commentary was played alongside, rather than directly on the video coverage, as the commentary was slightly behind the action at times.

Sorry guys. I tried to log in to watch and Warby scored. I’ll turn off the laptop now... While I believe I'm a jinx when predicting County results, I don't believe you've jinxed us in any way, Duds, so keep watching, matey! I went out to do a language exchange and turned my phone over cursing when they got their penalty. Only checked the result after full time. Get in lads! Third round here we come!

You could tell the boys hadn't played for the past 2 or so weeks. Thought we lacked that little bit of "oomph" from someone that we'd had over the past games when it was needed. Going to extra time will only serve the boys well as the extra game time was needed to get us back up to match sharpness. Thought Bennett was missed up front though to hold the ball up and link up with the midfielders coming on to the ball.
It's nice to win when you're not at your best though so hopefully the performance will pick up now for Bromley as it'll be needed to get something out of that game.

Watching those highlights, I couldn't see why their penalty had been given yesterday but the more I see the incident i'd say Kitching / Stott's (can't make out who it is) body language says more about it as he comes in from behind and it looks like he kicks their players shooting leg from behind. He might have gotten away with it if wasn't for the fact that he lies on the ground face down for a few seconds knowing what he's done! There's no surprise on his face when he looks up and see's the ref pointing to the spot!
