And our final player is Alex Young!
As we've come to expect in the final week of my quizzes, there were a few of you with full marks this week - Archie, Maccy, Lennie and Bradninch, meaning the table looks like this:
1= Bradninch 20 Maccy 20 3. Archie 19 4. BBLW 18 5. Gazz 14 6= Ceefer 13 Epworth 13
So, with Bradninch and Maccy currently tied at the top, will those all-important bonus points separate them, or will they have to move aside for Archie or Lennie to claim the title?.....

I said in week one, when announcing this quiz, that the initials of the five players could be re-arranged to spell something or someone associated with County.
I also gave you a hint, when I said "Let's see if a few more of you manage to guess it this time!"
The key word there being manage, because the initials can be re-arranged to spell the name of one of our former managers, GARY MEGSON!
But who guessed the link first?...

Bradninch did!
Congrats to our exiled chum down in Devon, who notches up a superb quiz win narrowly pipping Maccy (and then Archie) to the post. Here's the final table:
1. Bradninch 30 2. Maccy 29 3. Archie 27 4. BBLW 25 5. Gazz 20 6. Ceefer 18 7. Epworth 13
Thanks, as ever, for taking part. I'm off work for a couple of days now, so we'll take a week's break from quizzing (perhaps longer, as I haven't written the next one yet).
Cheers
Sandy

I had the letters for megso. On a sheet of paper late in the day but it didn't click until yesterday. Not George Best or 1 of 2 George West's to play for us.
Well done to Bradders for an excellent win.
Great quiz Sandy.
