I know it can be difficult to judge performances in friendlies, but Curran has looked a tad out of his depth with present company in the games that I have seen so far. Definitely one with potential, though, and it was a great shame that his stint last term at FCUM (where, by all accounts, he was doing very well before injury intervened) came to such an abrupt end. Hopefully, a full season just one tier below will equip him well for a successful return next year. Cheers for sharing, Gazz.

Good luck to Alex, hope he keeps injury free and makes the grade. Bully should look after him.

Who is going to be our next signing? I understand we are working on one or two additions, so who will be next? It's all gone quiet on the rumours front Glenn.

Possibly, with Curran being shipped out, we could expect to see someone else come in soon-ish...

"Owner Mark Stott is at the helm, a lifelong fan who says he wants to achieve “great things” during his time in charge."I don't think so. 0/10 for the author's research there.

Agreed, Gazz. A real shame for him that injury put a hold on his career for last season, but he looked useful in our first couple of friendlies during August - so, hopefully, he will be a force to be reckoned with in the second tier.
Possibly worth an outside bet on Curzon for the play-offs, too - (as well as on our other 'County B' representatives in the NLN, Boston, for promotion)...

Sorry to see Dazza go. Good luck to him at Curzon.
