He of the dubious honour of opposition fans singing 'Does your wife know you are here? ' when he was playing on a match. This was after his indiscretions with another woman widely reported in the tabloid press.
Despite this he was still my boyhood hero and I had a Shilts annual. Just don't know what happened to it.
