Dele Ali.
You are clean through into the box with the ball at your feet, a defender comes near and you throw yourself on the floor to get booked. Just play the *bleep bleep* ball

It's all well and good us worrying about the crumbling NHS, the shocking Cancer survival rate due to savage cuts in the health service, the growing homeless problem, the lack of support for the less fortunate among us, our uncertain future following the departure from the EU - but what about the important issues?...... Those poor f**kin' Swans, eh?

Hope they had a good swan-song... 'Cygnet Committee' (released on the Mute label), perhaps?

Firstly, I'd love to meet the shiny-arsed jobsworth crank who banned him, because I'd ask them wtf happened to them to make them frown upon one human being trying to make the lives of other human beings just that little bit better? Secondly, we're not in bloody Manchester, BBC - wtf?

"The school crossing patrol at this location has been asked to stop 'high-fiving' and to concentrate on his core duty of ensuring highway safety." is my favourite sentence of 2018 so far.

Derby's Council giving Stockport's a good run for its money on the 'being ridiculous' front... would be interested to know whether it's a local authority jobsworth to whom i would suggest he or she got out more...except...um... or they've contracted out their warden service like a lot of councils have and this is about incentivising the wardens per ticket issued or an expectation of a minimum number of tickets being issued. whichever, whoever did it is a colossally petty no-mark.

Then there are the Councils like Liverpool City Council, who employ Kingdom Environmental Services to send out 'Officers' to trap and fine smokers if they dare step more than a foot away from designated smoking areas - move over speed cameras, cigarettes are the new Council cash cow. I've seen them in action at Lime Street station, hiding behind pillars to secretly film smokers and then moving in for their pay day - which they split with the Council. LCC claim it's to keep the streets clean, but I think the truth is that they don't want to deter them - not while the money keeps rolling in. Absolute scumbags.

I'd love to know how they describe what they do on their CV's
