Cup game number 2 of the week. Can't see us coming back from 2-1 down at Kiddy though ! Have this one.
FA Trophy, this week, is at stake Next round are we likely to make ? Will we zig, will we zag ? Brag or gag at the Agg ? ........................................................
Over to you, do your worse (or your worst). Gazza deciding your judge as we speak. Have fun.
Update - Macca is judge for this one.
Homework for the week:- Playing games at Chester Road (the current cricket ground) Harriers' first game was 18 September 1886, away to Wilden, winning 2–1. The town saw a rival team start up as Kidderminster Olympic in 1887, rapidly becoming one of the best sides in the area. In 1887–88 the club started playing its matches at Aggborough.
Both Olympic and Harriers were founder members of the Birmingham and District League in 1889, Olympic won the league in 1890, with Harriers runners-up. Both sides regularly attracted crowds of 2–4,000, with the local derbies seeing over 7,000 attending. Owing to their success soon after both Olympic and Harriers were subject to allegations of 'professionalism' and illegal payments to players, although the League Committee let off both clubs with a warning about future conduct.

No worries, Sir!
Will leave it until the morning, so as to allow any post-match lines, if that is ok?

Right, then - slightly later than promised, but here is the verdict of the Macc Jury:
In third place, Eppers, for combining a truism with clever play on words in referring to Winter in midfield - he's no snowflake. Indeed not - and a rather less high boot would have helped in avoiding a penalty yesterday!
Lennie takes the Silver Medal for his telling pre-match observation that A clean sheet would help, goodness sake. That one could so easily have been written after the final whistle with no less resonance.
But taking the honours with an actual post-match entry this time is Archie, with Still in, so we won't have a wake. In truth, many of us would have settled before kick-off for not losing - as we are wont to do at Aggborough - so keep an eye on tomorrow's draw, and let us see if County can do the job properly on Tuesday. A new rhyme to tackle is already out there, too!
Many thanks, as ever, to all who entered. And, with that, I hand you back to Lennie in the studio.
