Right then you 'orrible lot (said in my best Sergeant Major voice), 'ere are the results of this weeks Eurovision rhyme contest...
It's all about quality and not quantity this week so with that in mind...
In joint second we have - Archie, Lennie, Herman, Maccy and Eppy. All great entries but just pipped to the post by...
Gazza with his entry "Axholme? I had to look that up via Google Chrome!" Made me laugh as about 2 minutes before I actually read that had myself googled Axholme!!
Well done to all entrants and to sir Lenard as usual for keeping us going.

Excellent stuff, guys. For the record, the Isle of Axholme is the posh rural bit between Doncaster and Suncthorpe. Or 'north of Lincoln', as I prefer to say. (Or 'north of Gainsborough' if I'm sure they haven't been there, as Gainsborough sounds much nicer than it is!) Truly honoured to have the personal limerick, len! Well played, gazz. Save

Cheers, cf - well pleased with that given the quality I was up against!
Well played, everyone and thanks to the Gaffer for another great Limerick!

Nice one, Gazz. Thanks for the joint second, cf. I don't have an Ax(holme) to grind but I think some of my fellow runners up need to lose a little weight as it's a little crowded on the second step. Thanks for the lines, Lennie.
