Indeed they do, Lennie.
Proud of the little fella for sticking with the land of his forefathers... while having a stern word with myself for predicting their exit in the Quarters!

Cheers, Downy.

Nicely bunching up on the rails for a tight finish.
Could go to penalties this time.

Think it all hinges on the Germany/France game.

Yeh !!!!!!! The cream rises. I now need Ronaldo or Giroud to score a hat-trick in the final for the golden boot otherwise Archie will nick it on penalties.
Good luck Archie, old gits rule.

Or Payet.
Or Nani.
Or 5 from Pogba.

I think only Giroud will do for you, Lennie. The others would have to score 4 (or more) for Griezmann not to get a share of the points but we get the same points if the 2 Gs tie so you'd retain your lead. Best of luck anyway.

Not necessarily, the Golden Boot only goes to one player. That's something I didn't know but I found this: 'If players finish level on goals: The following criteria are applied, in this order, to determine who wins the adidas Golden Shoe: a) highest number of assists; b) fewest minutes played.' The table at the moment: www.uefa.com/uefaeuro/season=2016/statistics/round=2000448/players/kind=goals/index.htmlAt least the bookies are settling under dead-heat rules.

Can't see it happening myself although Giroud does have more assists.
Shan't lose too much sleep worrying about it.

In another competition based on betting, I've got France to lift the trophy at 16/5, Griezmann top scorer at 9/1 and the France/Griezmann combination at 20/1 not to mention real bets on France at 3/1, 16/5 and 4/1. I rather hope they win!
