It tends to be unused squad players, assessors of the match officials and scouts from other clubs who occupy quite a few of the seats there, I think, Hedgie. Not sure what can be done about the assessors and scouts, as they are different ones from game to game. Someone could have a word in the players' ears, mind...! Or a banner campaign with the diplomacy of Jeremy Clarkson which, for once, would be appropriate: OI!!! DON'T BE A TW*T - YOU DON'T LIVE IN A DUSTBIN (UNLESS YOU'RE FROM BURNLEY), SO KEEP YOUR SH*T TO YOURSELF AND KEEP EDGELEY PARK TIDY!!! That should just about do it!

Ha ha - spot on, Gazz-man! And it should have the added benefit of deterring Tur* Moor scouts from undertaking repeat visits to pursue any interest in our players...

From Salford City:
Initially it was hoped that Stockport County supporters with tickets for the West Stand (terrace) would be able to access the ground via our Moor Lane turnstiles.
Unfortunately, due to ongoing construction work, those turnstiles (Marked as 'Turnstile 'A' on the back of the tickets) will not be accessible.
Stockport County supporters with tickets for the standing area should instead use the Nevile Road - West turnstile. This will be marked as Turnstile 'A' and is almost directly opposite the position marked on the back of the ticket.
As previously arranged, Stockport supporters with seat tickets should enter through turnstile 'A' - this is marked on their tickets.
Apologies for any confusion

Piss up....brewery. It does make one wonder if they've bolted the seats the right way around!

An Invitation from Help the Hatters
Help the Hatters are holding a business meeting this coming Wednesday at 6.45 for 7pm in the Legends Lounge.
Why not come along ( and get a look at the Museum whilst you are about it).
We do not have members, just supporters, so all are welcome.

Main Items from Help the Hatter Meeting
Wednesday's meeting was well attended with some welcome new faces making up the numbers.
These are the main issues covered.....
County Museum
Good progress made in this regard, and already 150 school children have been shown around the Museum and Edgeley Park.
Help the Hatters have paid out in the region of £2k in setting the Museum up, and thus have been busy trying to defray these costs, sending over 150 letters out to potential donors .
Thus far we have received £1000, but need another similar amount to break even.
Anyone interested in donating, helping Help the Hatters to keep doing what we do, should either send cheques through the post to Mike Hopper, Treasurer, Help the Hatters, 99 Cherry Tree Lane, Stockport. or direct to the Help the Hatters bank account of which details are...
Sort Code 08 92 99 / Account: 65333220
Car Boot Sales 2017.
Car Boot Sales are THE major provider of funds to Help the Hatters each year, and we are pleased to confirm that we have the use of the vastly re-arranged Booth Street Car Park again .
A License has been applied for, for the first Car Boot, expected to go ahead on 14 April 2017, starting at 7pm.
Anyone interested in helping on the day should contact Angela on angela.moore53@ntlworld.com
A litter pic will be organised at Booth Street ahead of 14 April, and this is scheduled for 6 April at 6pm
Players Fund.
Help the Hatters continue to support the Players Fund, and it was noted that going forward, starting immediately, the Bung contribution to the Players Fund would be 10% of takings and not 50p per pint consumed.
Summer Working Party's.
It was agreed we go ahead with these ( schedule may include some at the Bung)
Bung.
Possible end of season celebration planned for just after the play offs, at the Bung!
Artifax for Re-sale
It was noted that, thanks to supporters Dave Crisp, we could look forward to receiving a quantity of hand crafted items which we could re-sell to raise funds. Best thanks were offered to Dave for the generous gesture.
