Well we have made it to 50 for the season with 2 more still to come. Archie is judging this one.
Off to "The Reds" who play at "North Street". Both on 55 points, that's quite neat. With a playing record that's equal Who'll win this mid-table sequel ? ......................................................
A game that has an end of season feel about it, can we raise the mood in this thread ?

Ok, no-one used the 'automatic podium rhyme word' ('replete', since you asked) so it's back to the good old subjective choice.
Honourable mentions to Eppy for his 'unexpected treat', cf for his statistical dead-heat and Lennie for his economy of phrase ('petite') but the podium is occupied by:
Bronze - ceefer for his gluttony with pies and sweet plus working in a Prince reference (which I had to google).
Silver - Maccy with his late 'exquis-eet' entry.
And gold goes to Gazza for his sound tactical awareness of the importance of keeping a clean sheet.
Well done all and back to our mentor, Lennie.

Many thanks, archie, my first win for a fair few games now, so I'm really pleased with that! Congrats to ceef and Maccy on their respective Bronze and Silver. Thanks as always to Lennie for yet another great game! Now then.... HUSH UUUUP! Ordahhh! My name is Judge Roughneck, and I will not tolerate any disobedience in my courtroom! Rude boy, you have been brought in front of me and charged with not entering Lennie's Limerick competitions. Before I sentence you, what rhyme have you got to enter in your defence?.....

Cheers for the Silver Medal, archie. Delighted with that after having left it deep into stoppage time... Well played, ceefer - and, in particular, gazza for a worthy winning line. Thanks, as ever, to Sir Len for keeping us rhyming!
