Series 78 of I'm Sorry I haven't a Clue started last week and the first 2 episodes are hosted from Stockport. Jack Dee introduces it and tells some good jokes about Stockport, including County in episode 1.
It's on Sounds, if you're into that kind of thing.

I heard it at the time of broadcast, Eppers. One of the must-not-miss radio programmes for me - so JD's County gag was a bonus!

Just listened to the Plaza episodes this morning, Eps, absolutely brilliant! Cheers for the heads up, mate.

A must listen for me too, macc. It's great they take it around the country and JDs jokes about the place are always well observed - and funny.
Glad you enjoyed it, gazz!

I don't know how Jack Dee has managed to stay under the radar in the 'National Treasure' stakes, but in my eyes he's absolutely deserving of that title!

Yes, he's done really well with his career. Many comedians start with a bang (MacIntyre, Kay) and then their schtik get tired. Jack uses his deadpan style to great effect on I'm sorry... and has done good acting roles without being all over our screens. It means he has kept his style and remained popular. I'm sure we can all list plenty of other 'comedians' who haven't

What the f*** is going on with the County website? I'm on the streaming page trying to buy the stream for next week's Bradford game, but it keeps taking me back to the top of the page.
I thought midweek League games were fine to stream in the UK?

Scratch that.
Clearly the Bradford game is still technically a weekend game and can only be streamed if County allows it?
Not much chance of that then!
Ah well.

It is being streamed, I understand, matey. Whenever I try to buy the stream it just takes me back up the page to the audio pass options, mate. Unless they're going to open it up on the day, in which case they're not going to get many takers. I've just logged in on COWS and it's definitely not available for me to buy at the moment.

Yes, see what you mean. It looks, too, as if the site is still awaiting any specific Bratfud 'Match Info', so can only assume that something may be added after the weekend that enables one-off sign-ups for Tuesday? As you say, though, it is getting a tad late...

As you say, though, it is getting a tad late... With it being a rearranged fixture that was originally a Saturday game I can see it still being technically classed as such, but I've got my fingers crossed that they do decide to stream it. Can you let me know if you hear anything regarding this please, mate?
