County Heaveners!
We blew our download quota for January, or rather, you lot blew it by downloading the podcast - so a MASSIVE CHEERS for that.
The good news is the quota has been reset so if you've not listened to episode 13 yet you can now via the link below.
We had Dave Espley on this months chatting about the days of his editorial reign at The Tea Party, fanzines in general, a smidgin on the PID stuff plus other bits and bobs.
This month we have Rob Clare on, so watch out for that at the end of the month.
So get a wriggle on and listen....
Gazza has done us a proper 'right touch' of a turn and set us up a direct link to it - I'm convinced this is how we've managed 50 listens to date without ANY download quota, so cheers for that Gazza.

Excellent stuff, binny!
Also, no worries on putting your podcast on here, mate - the admins were unanimous in their approval.
It's a great podcast, mate, I really enjoy listening to it. While I can't warm to certain other people in the PID, it was good to hear Dave Espley. I always liked his work on TTP, his book speaks for itself and I do think he talks a lot of sense.
Whether people agree with the PID or not, it was a great move by yourself and the rest of your team getting him on, mate.
Nice work!

Cheers mate - we're trying to be inclusive of all County areas of support/personnel. Got some good guests on in the next few months. We need to sort the sound out though, and are always looking to improve it. We have a planning meeting next week, hopefully that will bear fruit. Thanks for the positive comments, really does mean a lot.

we're trying to be inclusive of all County areas of support/personnel. Good to hear, mate. As I've said before, no forum, messageboard, podcast or indeed any platform of opinion can be classed as a true reflection of the club and its fanbase unless all areas are allowed the floor - with no exemptions. Keep up the good work!

Latest episode out people!!
This month Noel Keeper, Phil Back and Nick Lee are joined by former County defender Rob Clare. Join us for 70 minutes of chat about Carlton Palmer's England tracksuit, why Jim Gannon is a tactical genius, long-forgotten County keepers, fancy formations and who'd win in a fight between Owen Morrison and Aaron Lescott.
Plus, there's tedious discussion about form tables, the least comprehensive review you're likely to hear of the last month, manufactured atmosphere, and all the gubbins you've come to expect.

Feedback on the sound quality would be much appreciated as well...sounds better to me!! The sound quality was excellent, mate, I really enjoyed it. I have enjoyed them all, but the sound was considerably better this time. Rob Clare was good to listen to also, it's just a shame he's been such a c*ck on social media regarding Jim etc. He spoke well though, and it was really good to hear an ex-pro talking about the game. Aside from Toddy (which will no doubt need about six months worth of bandwidth just to get through the tales of his career!), are you planning to get more ex-players on? Thought the 'half and half hat' was funny: "double your chances of getting beaten up after the game..." - brilliant!

We've got a few irons in the fire - Dindo, Toddy and Jim are the ones we're pursuing at the minute. We've even considered conference technology, so count out Big Kev in the future, maybe!!

This month the lads are joined by local man Adrian Stores. If you don't know Adrian, you should. He's born and bred Stockport and County, and loves nothing more than promoting the town - he's symptomatic of what levels of talent we have in the town and what they could possibly do for County in the future.
Timeline as follows:
County Podcast Epsiode 13
0-30 mins Results chat covering all games since Gloucester at home, including Jim, Ian Ormson and team shapes.
30-35 Spencer Fearn shares write off.
35-1:05: Adrian Stores on marketing spend and strategies in football at County and across Europe from his times at Oldham, Man City, Burnley, Fenerbahçe, Barcelona, Beşiktaş, Galatasaray, e-programming, connected fans. His work at the University of Football based at Wembley, Turf Moor and the Eithad. Also, a bit on The County Charity Cycle.
1:05-1:12 Co-op 5-a-aside and Beer festival plugs!
