"... I don’t care what anybody says, the team that is winning now in Stockport is the team that we wanted out there..." - Mark McGhee

That quote says it all. It's the same players with wildly different results.
That was the problem, Mark - not the players, but you and mini-you.
Shot himself in the foot there, methinks.

Sharp as a razor... What a load of tosh. His post match interviews were awful, and his brand of football dull and uninspiring. Yes we had wins last season against clubs who had furloughed players.
It's not for nothing that since DC came in we have seen the fanbase turning out to watch good attacking football.
I wish Dundee success but it may take a long time.

It's looking more likely that Farsley, where Sam Walker and (more recently) Frank Mulhern are playing, will stave off relegation from the NLN.
However, things look bleak for Guiseley, where Kaine Felix plays, as they are bottom of the NLN by 3 points. Telford, where Jason Oswell plays, sit directly above them.

Best of luck to Sam & Frank at Farsley. Cheers for the update, H.

Cultured Sam was forced off with an injury in the 2 -0 win over Southport. Euan (Frank) scored from a penalty.

Many congratulations to Dan Cowan, who scored the only goal for Buxton against Matlock, effectively sealing the Northern Prem. championship for them.

Eddie Clarke, Bohan Dixon and Josh Amis will be featuring in the Northern Prem. play-offs for Warrington. Their final game of the normal season is against Mark Lees and his Matlock side - a side which needs a point to ensure it also makes the playoffs without having to rely on Bamber Bridge losing, where Craig Carney, Chris Churchman and Rhys Turner play.
2016/17 Rochdale loanee James Hooper has been relegated from the Northern Prem. with Witton.

In other news, I really hate the way my phone constantly 'corrects' me when I type 'your' by changing it to 'you're', so I hope you don't mind, but I just couldn't let that stand and simply had to change your post quoting said 'correction'. Bloody 'smart' phones!

Interesting to see where these former players are plying their trade, and its possible Warrington Rylands will be playing
Warrington Town next season as Rylands get promoted.
