I've managed to get an interview with Ryan McKnight early in the New Year, I have a few questions of my own that I'd like to ask him, I would also like to get some from you guys as well, if you would like to submit a question please post it on here or message me if you'd like the question to remain anonymous, I'm sure we all have feelings about McKnight but can we make it constructive and sensible questions only please, I don't want to sound like I'm siding with anyone but if this goes well it could open doors to other big name interviews in future!
Anyway, fire away!

Please can he explain why previous failures were inevitable and why it's different this time (as promised on 10th March via Twitter)?

I wouldn't hold your breath, guys, I'm still waiting for him to answer the question Fitzy asked him months ago:
"Why don't you just f**k off?......"

Has this Club ever done anything to upset him in his younger years?
Did he think Jim and him could have worked together in peace, love and harmony?
Where does he see Stockport County in 5 years?
Is his "Mission Statement" ready, if I've missed it, can he or someone else, tell me the gist of it?
Can he honestly say, hand on heart, he's doing a more than decent job at SCFC?
What's his favourite thing about being CEO of SCFC?
What's the worst thing about being CEO of SCFC?
Did he have a nice Xmas?
Did he have any New Year Resolutions and if so, are they still "live"?
Regards,
Rog

Fudgie, I've been thinking about this, and I have to ask, do you really believe he's going to come out with anything worth listening to? It'll be pure bullsh*t as per usual. Nothing more than a collection of business conference buzz words, sprinkled with some of his own made up sh*t for added 'flavour': "the business needs to wash its own face" So in my opinion you shouldn't bother, you'll be wasting yours, and indeed everyone else's time. This is not a go at you, you know I consider you a good mate of mine, but you really need to rethink this. If you have to interview him, then just ask what Fitzy asked him, shove the mike up his bony ar*e and walk away. He's a major player in just how f****d up this club is, and the sooner he gets the boot the better. I really hope I see him out and about on before that happens, because I'll ask him to kindly do one also.

Does ryan see his future at the club under any of the potential takeover groups and has such an issue been discussed between any of the parties involved in tabling bids?
If further cuts meanwhile are required what percentage of the club in its current state has to be cut and where precisely will those cuts be made and indeed why those specific areas?
Has there been any mention by any of the parties interested in taking over the club as to the situation regarding our part time status? Has anyone made offers in financial terms set out in proposals which include such a move back to Full time professional status and also the effects such a move would make on our current part time squad? - or - is it a case of get back to football league status then re-examine such a position?
Has any party mentioned proposed funding to replace the cutbacks we have had to endure these last few years? If so what is their timetable for bringing back such as we have lost so far?
OH AND WILL HE TALK ENGLISH NOT MEANINGLESS RUBBISH WORD WASTING GARBAGE THAT DOESNT ACTUALLY MEAN ANYTHING - IM JUST THINKING OUTSIDE THE BOX ON THIS ONE...........OH ****
IM COMING ! said brian.............you can get arrested for that ! said Dougal

Does he concede that it may just have been a tad ill-judged to lay off the Club's Groundsman, given that County have a style of play best suited to keeping the ball at ground-level?

Why is it that the club didn't have a budget for the players wages or someone responsible to see the bigger picture, and therefore over spending on a few, has limited our budget to non-contract players with limited experience and skill, affecting the overall budget of running the club - leading to vital members of staff going and change of suppliers?
(Though I must add that the lads we have now are trying their best to prove their worth - over the last few games at least!)

Agreed, sirius, particularly your closing comment. As long as they give their best they cannot be faulted, it's our ability to replace players who just aren't up to the task that concerns me, like you say though, we've been hampered heavily financially so we really are struggling on that front.
100% support for the players wearing the shirt is a must from anyone attending the games, shouting abuse will only hinder their performances even further.

I do fear that there best has come conviniently as the first round of released is coming around the corner in January, lets hope they're playing for each other and the fans, not for a contract!

Very good point, Fudgie, that's another little-known dilemma that Alan has to deal with.
I don't envy him in that job, I really don't, but I'm so glad he's stuck it out.

Does he concede that it may just have been a tad ill-judged to lay off the Club's Groundsman, given that County have a style of play best suited to keeping the ball at ground-level? and with specific note to how poor the pitch looked against workington. it had obviously been worked on - you could see the lines; but it looked a real mess.

i think a proportion of the fan base is aware that there was a need for deep cuts off-field as well as the playing side in order to keep county a going concern. is the final, logical act of that work to make himself redundant? how much 'vision' can we afford at this level?
i appreciate that's probably one that's a bit difficult to ask fudge, but it really isn't a personal one - it's about the post rather than the person, and i do think it's a fair question.
