Brian Eno was responsible for 'ambient music' so on that score I have to vote for him. I love Mogwai and Sigur Ros. Not to mention Mono, Explosions In The Sky and God Speed YBE.

Yes, Brian Eno did indeed break away from the trailing pack with a second vote, but midnight came and went and it wasn't enough to catch the early leaders ELO who make it onto disc 1 of our compilation.
