A quick return to winning ways does wonders for a happy, post-match evening, eh?!
Here's our article from this afternoon's programme - which looks as if it's no longer called County Life (or anything else, for that matter... although, so long the home games continue in this vein, who cares?!). Happy reading...

Good afternoon - and welcome to our fellow Northerners who have, if reading this, completed the first leg of their 400-mile round trip from Lowestoft. Which is apparently in the North. No, me neither...
For those familiar with County Heaven, or if you have read our articles over the last two seasons, you'll be aware that we love a good A-Z. We began with C.H.A.O.S. (County Heaven's Anecdotes Of Sport - now a 'best-selling' book), before moving on to C.H.I.E.F. (County Heaven's Index of Edgeley Favourites - an A-Z of our most beloved County players), and followed this last season with the reciprocal C.H.U.F. (County Heaven's Useless F.....s - you get the idea). For this season, we recently revealed C.H.U.M.S. - County Heaven's Ultimate Music Soundtrack, which we hope will form an alphabetical index of what we consider to be the best artists, and songs, of all time. It's not too late to join in!
The new season has also seen the welcome return of Downy's Prediction Competition and our Fantasy Football League, both of which are open to all, and that's on top of all the regular treasures CH has to offer. On the footballing front, our resident pundit, Maccy, has taken his 'Radio Macc' updates and gone global - not to mention 21st Century - with them, by being appointed County's official Twitterer.
And speaking of the Twit* himself... here he is!
*could've been worse, mate!

No offence taken, me old mucker. Right now, I’m simply too excited about the broadcasting possibilities for today, having discovered that our visitors may field an Eagle... and on the wing, to boot. If that isn’t a cause to tweet, I don’t know what is!
Well, that and County’s performances, which, from a reporter’s point of view, have been either joyfully accomplished in victory (against Bratfud this time last week) or rather dramatically eventful in defeat (at Stalyvegas on Bank Holiday Monday)! My matchday keyboard-tapping speed is coming along quite nicely as a result...
Back to this afternoon, and, for the third time in four matches, we find ourselves pitted against opponents who have yet to lose a League game. The Trawler Boys - who, I calculate, would have had a shorter journey to Belgium than that they are making today! - have enjoyed a tremendous start this term following their promotion, and will be sure to present us with a stern test. Then again, though, we are developing a useful habit of ending unbeaten records! Let us hope that the top half of the table beckons once again for County, come the final whistle.
Enjoy the game.
