I'll start by saying the new Sniper Elite 3 on PC is a quality game, and you don't need a NASA standard rig to run it either. The kill-cam is gruesome, but brilliant at the same time. Great fun for anyone into kicking arse stealth-style.

Sounds good mate I'll give it a download and see what it's all about.
Spent Thursday evening til Friday morning doing a speed run of Ocarina of Time. Was exhausting but just gets you hooked everytime!

I once saw a speed run of DOOM 3 - Resurrection of evil, in nightmare mode, it was absolutely manic. The guy must have had to go on a marathon paintball weekend afterwards to let off steam! Lol

Yeah they're literally draining. You would be surprised the thought that goes into staying on track and not getting sidetracked!
It took me about 13 hours which is no great feat but easily my fastest time!

It took me about 13 hours which is no great feat but easily my fastest time! This guy did it in less than an hour if I remember correctly, something you could surely only do if you were wired to high heaven! It was totally mental, matey. 13 hours from top to bottom on Zelda? I congratulate you! Not only for the time it took, but also for clearly avoiding being sidetracked and not stopping to admire and soak up the amazing world that Shigsy created! Still the best game ever created in my opinion.

Jesus less than one hour that's insane. I didn't even think that'd be possible!
When I was doing it I was like, great I can do the mask quest now or I can look for the gold skulltullas and kept remembering that I can't. I need to stick to the map.
It was only when I got to the end I realised I didn't actually die once!
Of that 13 hours I'm fairly sure like 11 of them were the f**king water temple. Agreed though mate easily the best game ever for me! You should give majoras mask a crack on Project 64 mate. Very dark but very good game!

I did buy Majora's Mask when it came out but it just didn't 'feel' the same as Ocarina, in fact wasn't that in with the N64 games that I gave you? I might give it a go on Pj64 when I have finished Sniper 3. Ocarina was epic, myself and the kids' Mum spent almost a month playing that. After the kids had gone to bed we sat up until the early hours almost every night until we'd finished it. Completing it was both brilliant and gutting at the same time, it might sound sad to some, but you get so engrossed in games like that it almost becomes real. I think that was the genius behind Miyamoto's creation, you somehow felt connected to the characters in that game, the man is just a gaming God.

It might have been mate but I already owned it so don't specifically remember. I definitely recommend you give it another try mate on the emulator!
I've since completed every LoZ game multiple times and everytime you get really quite gutted after the last dungeon. You try doing all the side quests but it's not the same.
I knew you meant Doom mate. I remember on OoT there is a part where you destroy a grave by playing a song on it and the lightning comes and destroys it and back in 1998 I was blown away by that!

I want to play it again now haha!
If only the had a co-op or free roam multiplayer version! The hours I'd waste on that haha!
I've spent this evening playing NHL14 in a playoff tournament and I lost in the final to some f**king Bruins fan. I'm not gonna make excuses he was better than me and deserved the win but the message he sent after was just ridiculous just every swear word you can imagine and plenty of anti-British and anti-Canadian xenophobia chucked in there for good measure, just to cement his high standing in my mind.
F**king trolls no wonder people are put off online gaming.

I want both of them! I've actually got some NTSC games for the NES from Canada, my dad has an NTSC one so he never got PAL games until he convinced my mum I needed one for 'me'......
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles; Turtles in time. Legend of Zelda 3; link to the past Rock n Roll Racers FIFA Soccer NHL 94 Super Mario World Donkey Kong Country

The beauty of the NTSC versions, fudgie, in the old days anyway, was the lack of 'letterbox' borders and they ran at full speed too.
