Tough day at the office. Get those Charity goals back! We need our Over 50's to age a little, Duds. Different pitch, different goal sizes and shapes, larger areas doesn't help our forwards. At the back - miracles we can do, the impossible takes a little longer.

Greater Manchester League December Over 65s
AFC Blackpool 2 Chorley 1 AFC Blackpool 1 Rochdale 1 AFC Blackpool 0 Man Corinthians 1 AFC Blackpool 1 Preston 0
7 well deserved points doubling our tally for the Autumn season. Sadly not enough to stave off relegation to Division 3 for the Spring Season (by just 1 point in the end).
Didn't play today in order to allow our youth keeper (aged 63) to play and to protect my injured wrist for 70's duty in January.
So endeth the 2019 year and we move on to 2020 when we shall revert to being Blackpool FC Senior Seasiders now the Oystons have been removed from the club.

Greater Manchester Walking Football League - Over 70's Autumn Session 4 (held over from December)
AFC Blackpool 0 Moston Brook 0 AFC Blackpool 1 Salcom 0 (Barrie T last minute rocket) AFC Blackpool 1 Man City 1 (Les T 25 yard missile)
5 points to add to our previous 16 points from 9 games gave us a total of 21 points. Man City in second place could only draw their 3 games giving them a total of 18 making the Senior Seasiders this season's Division 2 champions.
Well played chaps.

That's absolutely superb, Lennie. Digging that tash, matey. Along with the traditional Blackers tangerine clobber, it makes you look kind of old-school heroic - old-school, double-save heroic, in fact! The only thing missing in that clip was a Stan Mortensen hat-trick! Listening to the others in that video it's clear that Walking Football has made a massive change to their lives, long may it continue!

Great bunch of guys and gals, Gazza. Gail from Man City is an ex-English international ! Hell of a shot on her.

Who needs Barclays when you've got Legendary goalkeepers and England internationals, matey! The greatest thing about that video, is that it's not just about finding something to do to stay active, it's also about the friendships that are formed while doing so - that is massively important! Proof positive of how Football can change lives for the better and bring people together.

not just a great advert for fitness, but one for creating a little community and being more outward rather than inward looking. it must have been great watching it all grow over the last few years len.
