Dave Jones and Martin Jol find themselves out of work. AVB under pressure at Spurs. Ex- County assistant Mike Phelan wanted by Wednesday supporters.

I reckon the Wednesday job will go to Di Canio or Holloway and the Fulham job could possibly go to Mancini?

That's a good shout for Di Canio, Fudgie. Jonesy just doesn't seem to be able to make that final push into the list of top flight managers for some reason, maybe the Championship is his ultimate level. I do think he's been a bit unlucky, and the board seem to have blinked a few games too early. I hope he gets another chance at a decent club, unless he wants to come and get us out of this sh*te?!

His sacking from Wolves was a disgrace, no fans were happy about it, same with McCarthy, football management is a joke

Possibly, I'm not sure!
I'd be surprised if he ended up in a low reputation league like the Turkish league given his successful stays in England and Italy!

Possibly, I'm not sure! I'd be surprised if he ended up in a low reputation league like the Turkish league given his successful stays in England and Italy! He is indeed. My money is on Holloway going to "Wigin"..... I like the guy, says what he sees, a character that football needs. Now to Lord Dave. He won't come back to us, lets hope he gets a good job. As for Fulham....hmmm, Harboro and my mate is a big Fulham fan, but it would be nice for them to suffer for a change (he was not nice about us losing our league status, thinking that we wound him up when they nearly lost theirs - heaven forbid!) So for me that they can have a c**p manager for a bit. Carlton Palmer? LOL

has it happened downy? i know they were talking to him. wonder if that will halt brentford's upturn over the last few seasons? mad last season how it all turned for them in about 30 seconds, missing the penalty kick that would have secured promotion, then donny breaking and scoring immediately to snatch it away from them...

Manchester United have given Wigan Athletic permission to speak to David Moyes, despite Wigan not asking to
