To the knuckle-draggers putting Darts players' names in the petition:

who disagrees with it? i don't get it.
i must admit, i hesitate a little at directly calling for someone to lose their job, even someone who i think has made myriad f*** ups, and who's 'best work' in reducing costs (laying off staff) is already behind him...rendering him not that much use.......but i still agree enough overall to have signed it. if you have any interest in the club, why would you not do so? even worse, why would you jeopardise it carrying weight by putting in silly names? it's not as though bart's fake name phone calls to moe's tavern hasn't done it already, better, twenty years ago...
i'll save some swearing about it for later, but it really is f***ing idiotic.

Hopefully something worthwhile and effective, Downy, we need something to happen sooner rather than later.

The petition was closed this evening after reaching over 2,000 'signatures', let's hope that along with the written signatures collected at the Guiseley match, it will be submitted to the club and have a positive effect.

i know it's easy to sign an online petition, but it's even easier not to. to get two thousand plus signatures in a week is an impressive effort and shows a strength of feeling that shouldn't be ignored*
*meanwhile, the board has its arms folded grimly and is looking the other way...

No they haven't. Ryan has called them to a meeting.... Oh wait a minute he doesn't know them and they don't listen to him anyway.

Possibly a lot of them have signed the online one before the Guiseley game, as far as I know it's the same petition just one is online and one is paper but the names are all being collated together.
I was gonna sign the paper one but was told there's no point if I've already signed the online one

Fudge, there were (ahem) 2,700 people at the game. Now either the club *made a mistake* regarding the attendance, or we have over 1,000 supporters who couldn't two sh**s what happens to us in the future.
Which is it?

Sadly you may be right Gazza! Though it's safe to say the club did overstate the attendance didn't look even close to that!
Anyway I agree it'd be nice to get more signature
