I know I sound like a stuck record, but given all the circumstances Cowan's not put a foot wrong since he's been in the team so I'll go with him.

Definitely more of a day for defenders to shine - and, yes, Dan Cowan did so that little bit more.
On the opposite flank, Eddie Clarke looked a decent prospect - albeit after a nervous start!
