There are, as last year, a nice, round 50 points to play for - but with one minor change: Northern Ireland's Cup replaces the Australian A-League (sorry, Downy!), which, with different clubs topping the final table and winning the competition's subsequent Grand Final, proved a little more complicated in its closing stages than we first bargained for!
Entries - either on this thread or, if you prefer, via PM - must be in by midnight on 31st August 2019.
If you have any queries, do please drop me a line.
Good luck, everyone - and happy predicting!

Consequent upon Bury's expulsion from the Football League, only one team, rather than two, will, as things currently stand, be relegated from League Two into the National League.
That said, there remains the possibility (however slim) of a successful appeal by Bury.
With all this in mind, please could all predictors - including those who have already submitted their choices - still enter two teams under Prediction 8, but now indicate (either on this thread, or to me by PM, as appropriate) which of those is your first choice and which would be your second, in the event of the Bury decision being reversed.
In relation to Prediction 6, all of you who have entered thus far include Bury among your four guesses for demotion from League One. That will earn you a point apiece at the season's end, either if Bury's expulsion stands or if there is a successful appeal but the 'Shakers' go down anyway. (Of course, any Heavener wishing to predict four teams who do not include Bury remains free to do so - but points will only be awarded with respect to those clubs finishing in 21st place or lower, irrespective of Bury's ultimate fate.)

Yes - so it is looking as if only one will drop out of League Two, hence the request to Bradders/Eppers.

Just in case you may be wondering what is happening with all this... By the end of August, the Champions Leagues - men's and women's - and the Europa League will have been decided. And most domestic leagues, too, with the exception of the Dutch Eredivisie, which was abandoned and declared void. Some of the domestic knockout competitions - Checkatrade, FA Trophy, Scottish/Welsh Cups, FA Women's Cup - have been paused in their later stages, and, although it is intended to complete them all, the Scottish Cup Final is not until 20th December, and certain others do not even have dates for their Finals as yet. So far as our competition is concerned, then, it may be 2021 until we have a winner declared! What I will do, however, is compile the scores as they stand at the end of this month - depending what has been resolved by then...
