However, it would appear to see Ferriby effectively having to start again, most likely at Humber Premier League level, with their league position passed on to a side playing out of Dunswell.
There is already growing anger among supporters, who see this move akin to when MK Dons were established after leaving Wimbledon, with a new Wilmbledon club left to pick up the pieces in the area and rise from the ashes.
While Ferriby is a central location for those living in the East Riding, Waltham believes a move to a location more central to access for people in Hull and Beverley would be better suited. |
