Signed it too, I have been on a personal crusade to remove palm oil from my shopping. It has cost me money and it is amazing how many products it is in. I no longer buy peanut m and m’s and it is in so much bread, spreadable butters, chocolates and sauces, never mind all the cosmetics! If everybody stops buying the products and tells the companies why, then they’ll start to listen. Each individual has no impact but 10s or even 100s of thousands then they’ll start to listen.
All I want is to leave a viable planet for future generations. Surely that’s not too much to ask.

Just what we need. Let’s make it harder for people to vote, especially those that can’t afford to drive or go on holiday so have no need for photo id...
Duly Signed

Around the world, the climate emergency is wreaking havoc on people’s lives. Burning fossil fuels like oil and gas has got us into this mess. And BP have plans that will make the crisis even worse. BP already have more fossil fuels on their books than we can afford to burn if we’re to avoid total climate break down. But unbelievably, BP are planning to spend $71 billion digging up new oil and gas on top of that over the next ten years. If BP continue down this path, it will push the climate even closer to breaking point - and that means more frequent and even more severe climate fires and floods. BP must immediately stop digging for new oil and gas and then stop being an oil company altogether! Please sign the petition here: tinyurl.com/ubldfaa

Signed. The petrochemical industry is such a dangerous and key group for the future of this planet. It is their need to keep us using their products that inhibits so much investigation into alternative fuel sources. They have always and will continue to buy up the patents and processes that could replace them.

Although I do think it’s a bit cheeky that I’ve now received two more begging emails from Greenpeace
