This season, in addition to the County Heaven articles that Sandy and I do together, I shall be penning for each of our programmes a feature-length piece concerned with the opposition, which, wherever possible, will include some kind of link to County - and, from time to time, interviews with players and/or fans that may be involved in that connection.
I have named the series Guest Informant after one of my fave Fall tracks - and on the basis that it aims to... erm, inform readers about our guests! It is also separate from the more-quickfire Take Five previews of mine that appear on COWS - although there may be slight areas of overlap when material relating to the opposition is thin on the ground.
Not entirely sure how it is all going to pan out - although the first two (Curzon and Harrogate) are written up. And, due to their length, I thought I would reproduce, for Heaveners who do not get programmes, the pieces on match-days/nights within their own thread here, so as not clog up pre/post-match discussions elsewhere on the forum.
So, watch this space - starting tomorrow with my 'bash at getting to know the Nash' - and everything will become clear. Kind of...

Fantastic article and well put together.
Curzon are also home to the Nash Ramblers - fellow NW Walking Footballers.

Many thanks, gents!
Have made this thread a 'sticky', for ease of reference.

Hi, all!
With Maccy's blessing, I've now moved the Curzon article to a new 'locked' and 'stickied' thread, with this one remaining purely for feedback purposes.
The reason for this is to create an archive for all of these articles, so viewers will have a clean, easy to navigate and clutter-free read.
You may still be able to use the 'like' system on the articles, but I don't know for sure. So if a non-admin member could please test this out for me, that would be very helpful.
Cheers!

I shall work on getting some choice quotes, ahead of the media darlings' visit here later this season!
