The good news is that I don't think we're due a squad overhaul - for the first time in a long while. I think Jim will stick with Amis, because that's Jim's style - he is patient with young players he believes has potential. I think Gonzales and Kay will move on and Jim has to be looking to invest in a top striker (top at this level, anyway).

Yeh, I think the majority of fans would be happy to see the majority of the players stay. I think the keepers, defenders and midfielders are probably all worth another chance, with the exception of CMW who is not fit enough. The main project is to sort out the forwards: Try to keep Lloyd, keep one of the three big centre forwards, and make a decision on (or better, together with) Marsden.
IMO we need a Dicko, a Pilks, a Proudlock / McNeil, and possibly a new Rowe.

We can now look forward to trips to Blyth Spartans, Southport, North Ferriby, Spennymoor and York next term Worcester, Alti and Stalybridge relegated out of our division - so we don't go there Another tough division me thinks Looks as if we shall have Leamington back in the fold, too, following their Southern Premier League Play-offs Final victory this afternoon. So, with the three relegated sides gone, together with Fylde and whoever prevails in our play-offs, I imagine that there will be a transfer of a club from the National League North to South. Brackley or Gloucester, I imagine... Talking with Gloucester's Media Officer on Saturday, I understood that Brackley - being more southerly than Evesham (where (Gloucester will play their trade next term) - would be the more likely candidates.

Great - another local game (for me) likely to go by the wayside - however if Kiddy go up, then they probably stay in our division - all will start to become clearer in the next 14 days Assuming someone does not go bust or have some sort of financial problems and resigns - therefore mucking everything up!

As much as it would be a good thing if he stayed I honestly wouldn't be bothered if Lloyd moved on, Seeing his tweet after the game on the County wall to me gave the impression he was looking for a move away! I'd love to see 3 players scoring 15 goals + next season rather than 1 player scoring 30 goals.

A trip to Kidderminster again next year after they blow the play off semi to Chorley - 0-2 on the day and an aggregate of 1-2!!

And a trip to Salford next term as they lose on penalties to Halifax.
Who to win from Halifax v Chorley?
I fancy Chorley to win it!

Would never have seen Kiddy losing that one ! 92nd minute winner.
Well done Chorley and Halifax. Have to fancy Halifax to win that one, but who can predict.

Interesting results today.
Would much prefer to see Halifax gone this time next week.
Salford will fancy their chances in 2017/18 - although turning full-time doesn't guarantee instant success. And, after failing to go straight back up, Kiddy's finances may well mean their considering a move in the opposite direction... which is fine and dandy, provided that they can still afford that wonderful caterer of theirs!

Halifax have done the double over Chorley so hopefully that hints at the final result. As good as I felt Kiddy were, they seemed to struggle with Chorley over the season. Definitely a case of the best footballing side not progressing!
