I had a long conversation with a colleague about religion and belief last week. Dodgy ground I know! It finished with me saying I guess it’s just the scientist in me that finds it hard to just accept blindly! It's probably mischievous of me but I can't resist engaging with Jehovah's Witnesses when they come door knocking and Mormons...wow! I once had four of them in my living room one Saturday afternoon! It was a hell of a job getting rid of them!!

It was a hell of a job getting rid of them!! I love chatting to them, especially when they come at Christmas time! I once taught a JW boy, he was lovely as were his parents, quite accommodating really. 6/7 years later he was involved in a car accident and they refused to give him any blood. He died. I mention this and the fact I’m a blood donor every time they try give me a watch tower!

Biologists rescue entangled loggerhead turtleBiologists with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission rescued a loggerhead sea turtle off the coast of Key Largo, video posted to Facebook shows. According to the Conservation Commission, the researchers came across the threatened species of turtle while travelling to conduct research dives. I'd love to hear from a Brexiteer what they think of our new found sovereignty now we're no longer a vassal state of the EU blah blah blah. Do they enjoy the spectacle of one lying, fornicating gobshite bending the knee, doffing the cap and generally kissing the arse of another?

'according to the sun' is never a great start to a sentence, whether you're reading aloud from the newspaper or suddenly believe you can communicate with our very favourite celestial body, having nicknamed him 'larry lightbringer'...
...but the report then goes on "...rings, earrings and a Cartier bangle worth £80,000, which was given to the heiress as a wedding present, were all taken in the raid."
ok. so they specifically identified a cartier bangle worth £80k, which was a wedding gift. that sort of indicates that it was one of her most precious things. in bernie's house, it's probably lavish. however, in order for there to be, for example, £50m worth of jewellery stolen, that would be the equivalent of 625 cartier £80k bangles; just one of which is so flash that it was the headline item stolen. i think you might want to revisit your insurance estimate tamara.

you'd have thought they might have seen that coming unless they were just too busy goose-stepping round brussels shouting "taking back control".
