Bellis was in the CE the week before against Hednesford. If we can get him back even in a part time capacity i am sure revenue will flow back in to the club Agreed, but getting rid of McKnight alone will do that, Bellis would be a massive, massive bonus.

Be a cracking signing. Can't see it happening if only for his wages but, I'm done with predicting what does and doesn't happen at EP.

More chance of a Barcelona team flight being hijacked by County separatists and landed on Booth street car park, with Messi and co. being forced to play for us and win the Banananananarama conference north in exchange for their release!
But hey, this IS Stockport County! I can just see Lionel strutting his stuff in that Yellow Dizzy Blonde number!

Never mind Messi.
We'd be lucky to get Lionel Blair...:-)

Rumours gaining credibility in the facebook and Twitter world that Milligan has been asked to find another club.
Utterly insane IF true!!

I dont believe a word of it. He was supposed to have been round at Lordys helping to plan the tactics... He is our most creative player and we are desperately in need of some creativity. If there's any truth in a bust up I hope it gets sorted out quickly. The last player we lost was Moke who has gone on to do very well at Macc. He should have stayed and played here and continued 'scaring' efences. Okay the end ball wasnt fantastic but I am sure that would have come in time.

I don't know if it's true or not, I've just read it from a few County fans one of which said it was from a 'very reliable' source but I'm not sure what I think on the whole thing, just repeating what I've read!

Interesting - given that he's on more money at Harrogate, but not getting many starts.
Just goes to show that the grass isn't always greener...

depends on what he adds off the field in terms of coaching or planning. one of the posts above mentions that he'd been at AL's talking tactics not long before he went. if he has a value there then great. we do need more creativity in midfield, but if he doesn't add anything off the pitch i'd probably see what else is out there this summer - we scored loads from his assists earlier in the season, but there was a period where he wasn't contributing much at all.

I'd have no issues with Milligan coming back personally but if Lordy didn't mind him leaving in the first place I can't see what would have changed in the last month or two.
